Application cases of non explosive thermal cutting

Case 1: in well c** of XX platform in Dagang Oilfield, the 2-7/8in dual tubing was stuck, and it was necessary to cut 1990m and 1995m at the upper end of the packer, with a well pressure of 20MPa. In March 2021, 8mm single core cable was used, and 43mm non explosive thermal cutting was carried out twice to the cutting position, successfully completing the cutting task. The tubing was smoothly taken out of the wellhead. The cutting effects are shown in Figure 1.
